Terms of Service — CoinLocker

By downloading or using the CoinLocker app (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App you confirm you meet this requirement.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at myvirtualcoinvault@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

User Content

You retain ownership of photos and content you upload. By uploading content you grant CoinLocker a non-exclusive license to display that content within the App to facilitate trading and discovery between collectors.

You agree not to upload content that is:

• Illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive
• Offensive, harassing, or abusive
• Infringing on any third party’s intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

Trading and Transactions

CoinLocker is a platform that connects collectors. Any trades or sales arranged through the App are solely between the users involved. CoinLocker is not a party to any transaction and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items traded or sold, or the ability of any user to complete a transaction.

Pro Subscription

CoinLocker Pro is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods except as required by applicable law.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the App
• Impersonate any person or entity

Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoinLocker and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
